Jon joined the Mantra team in November 2018 as ‘Head of Mortgages’ with the responsibility to lead the new Mortgage division, supporting all client propositions across both Residential and Buy to Let mortgages.

Jon’s role in the company is the day to day leadership and operational management of the mortgage team, ensuring that our core principles are maintained, new strategic relationships are formed and developed, our branding and communications excel and to oversee and support our ambitious growth strategy. Jon has been instrumental in enabling clients realise their aspirations, whether that be high value purchases to complex refinancing arrangements and prides himself on being transparent with both lenders and clients whilst also maintaining a thorough understanding of the mortgage and property market.

Jon’s experience comes from holding a number of esteemed senior leadership roles across his 12 years in the financial services industry in both the regulated banking and intermediary space. Outside of work Jon is an avid football follower and for his sins a Charlton Athletic fan.
