Phillip began his banking career at Cynergy Bank (formerly Bank of Cyprus UK) in 2007 as a cashier.From there, he moved to the Credit Delivery team, which provided him with the fundamental knowledge of real estate lending.
Phillip then joined the real estate team in 2012 where he really accelerated. His eagerness to learn and progress saw him become CeMAP qualified and appointed a Relationship Manager by 2015, managing a loan book of £60m. Phillip has now joined Mantra Capital as a Senior Relationship Manager.
